Privacy policy

EZMonex by VCB Money (“we”) operates the EZMonex app and website to help send USD to VND for recipients in Vietnam.

Data we process

Account information: name, phone number, email.
KYC data: identity documents, address, source of funds — to verify identity for remittance.
Transaction data: USD/VND amounts, recipient, payout method (home delivery, pickup, bank transfer).
Technical data: device type and app logs needed for security.

Purpose

To complete transfers, prevent fraud, meet KYC/AML requirements, support customers, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
